SBA Adopts Strategic Management Learning System Developed by NH Small Business Expert

NEW HAMPSHIRE, December 7, 1998 - The US Small Business Administration (SBA) recently announced the release of a new searies of "how to" publications for small business, the Common Sense Strategic Management Learning System, written by New Hampshire author, Dr. William R. Osgood.

SBA Introduces New Series of "How To" Publications for Small Business

WASHINGTON, November 23, 1998 - The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) today announced the release of a new series of "how to" publications for small business. The Strategic Management Learning System (SMLS) program, entitled the Common Sense Series, offers 12 management topics for developing the skills required to manage a small business.
